Have you ever wanted to suggest to your opponent that they were in your way …but not felt quite confident to ask for a stroke, rather than a let?
… or come up against an opponent who asked for a let, when you thought they really should have tried harder to get to the ball?
… or had any other reason to think “I wish I knew more about the rules ……or that my opponent did! …?”
Sue Woodhouse, one of England Squash’s most experienced rules trainers will be running just such a workshop for our members. The workshop gives an overview of the rules and will allow time and space for us to probe areas that we are especially interested in. We have run a couple of these workshops in the past and they tend to be highly interactive and really valuable.
Suitable for: all players! Experienced players will enjoy being brought up to date with newer interpretations (are you sure you know the rules on turning, or minimal interference?) and newer players can get a solid grounding.
Cost: £nil – the best value training on offer throughout 2018 ..as early as 6 January!
If you are interested: please contact Paul Masters, the Club Captain, email@example.com or 07941 235977 so that we have an idea of the numbers.
